Two time entertainer of the year, Neal McCoy is no stranger to the country music industry. His career has landed him 3 Platinum albums, 1 Gold album, and 5 #1 hit singles! Neal is a true entertainer, spending 220 days a year on the road, performing all over the United States, and now in 2010, we are happy to say Neal will be spending some time in Branson, Missouri at the Clay Cooper Theater!

Neal comes from the great state of Texas, raised in a family full of performers, singing harmonies with his siblings as a child. Neal began singing other styles of music in supper clubs and was invited by Wayne Newton to perform on his first USO World Tour in 2001. He learned what his music could do for these soldiers and has his eyes opened to a whole other world that many tend to forget.

In 1995, Neal and his wife, Melinda, established the East Texas Angel Network. Through fund raising activities, the organization has raised over five million dollars for medical treatments and related costs for children of East Texas with terminal or life-threatening diseases.

Head over to Clay Cooper Theater and enjoy Neal McCoy as he sings some of his top 10 hits including No Doubt About It, The Shake, Beer Goggles, and many more!

Clay Cooper has been performing for Branson audiences since the age of 16, originally coming to Branson to perform with a kid’s band known as the Texas Goldminors. Clay loved country music, loved singing and playing bass, and loved meeting new people. What better place to do it than Branson, Missouri! He continued performing in several Branson shows and now celebrates his 24th season performing Clay Cooper’s Country Music Express in his newly relocated theatre, Clay Cooper Theatre, on Hwy. 76 across from The Titanic Museum.

Clay shares the stage with 20 veteran cast members in a high energy, country music variety show guaranteed to make you tap your toes, stomp your feet, and even let out a holler or two! Don’t miss New York’s number one cowboy, trick roper, and gun-slinger, Johnny Lonestar; eight amazing dancers lead by Clay’s multi-talented wife, Tina Cooper, a six-piece band, Branson’s funnier than funny comedian, Matt Gumm, 6 year old rising star Colt Cooper, and Clay’s newest addition to his cast, Buckets ‘n’ Boards, a dynamic rhythm duo that will make you laugh till you cry! Clay Cooper’s Country Music Express is great for all ages 2- 92. The unbelievable talent, hysterical comedy, and down-home personality bring our guests back time and time again.

I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.

I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying.

I play to win, whether during practice or a real game. And I will not let anything get in the way of me and my competitive enthusiasm to win.

If you accept the expectations of others, especially negative ones, then you never will change the outcome.

I’ve always believed that if you put in the work, the results will come.
